Grace Home Haven Corp. is a purpose-driven housing agency committed to safe, quality and affordable housing—building stability for veterans, seniors, students, families, individuals with disabilities and those facing life's challenges.
EXPLORE OUR COMMUNITIES →Grace Home Haven is a housing agency—not simply a landlord. Our approach combines sustainable residential development with compassionate support that helps qualifying residents maintain stable housing and pursue their goals.

Stable, affordable housing that honors service.
Independent living with dignity and comfort.
Housing that supports education and brighter futures.
Planned support for young adults transitioning into independence.
Affordable homes for qualifying households and children.
Planned accessible housing for people with disabilities and chronic illnesses.
Future housing partnerships supporting recovery; not medical detox services.
Proposed affordable short-term accommodations.
Illustrative community imagery. Future specialized communities are planned and are not open for occupancy.
Housing stability. Human dignity. Compassionate solutions.
When residents struggle with rent, we prioritize communication, hardship review and reasonable options before pursuing nonpayment eviction, consistent with our policies and applicable law.
Assistance depends on eligibility, funding and circumstances; continued occupancy cannot be guaranteed.
Depending on eligibility and available resources, resident support may include:
Stable housing. Stronger education. Brighter futures.
Our planned education and independence initiative aims to assist eligible college students and young adults transitioning from foster care with rent, school supplies, laptops, transportation and essential expenses.
Grace Futures is a planned initiative. Assistance will depend on eligibility, program terms and available funding.

Grace Home Haven project vision. Architectural and interior concepts illustrate proposed improvements.
Our Cassell Street concept envisions transforming an existing residence into a welcoming six-bedroom, six-bathroom transitional housing home, with private rooms and thoughtfully designed shared spaces.
Planned amenities include a private bathroom for each bedroom, shared kitchen and dining areas, on-site laundry, internet, and a secure outdoor space with a proposed separate pet area and circular driveway.
Designed with veterans and other qualifying residents in mind, the concept reflects Grace Home Haven's commitment to stable, dignified transitional housing.
Project planning concept only. Cassell Street is presently personally owned; transfer or formal operation by Grace Home Haven has not been confirmed. Rates, features, approvals and availability are subject to change. This is separate from the proposed 90-room transitional hotel.
Our long-term vision brings together specialized communities for seniors, families, and people seeking affordable transitional housing.

For eligible residents who wish to become homeowners, Grace Home Haven envisions financial readiness guidance and future ownership opportunities under separately defined program terms. A rental agreement does not automatically create an ownership interest or apply rent toward a purchase. Homeownership is optional; opportunities depend on eligibility, readiness and availability.
