Midtown represents Grace Home Haven's vision for an approachable, high-quality multifamily community. Preliminary planning explores twelve one-bedroom residences of approximately 600 square feet each, with modern finishes and convenient everyday features.

Accessibility is central to the concept: the preliminary mix includes three fully accessible residences and nine residences incorporating selected accessible features, subject to final architectural and code review.
