Access to information. Room for everyone.

We want visitors with different abilities, languages and devices to be able to learn about our work and contact our team.

Reading and navigation choices

Open the compact “Language & accessibility” tab at the top to choose English, Spanish or Haitian Creole. The translated guides bring together the main program, project and team information with a translated inquiry form. Original photographs, some brochures and the detailed English pages may contain English text.

Inside the same tab, “Reading options” provides larger body text, high contrast and reduced motion. The panel expands above the page content, rather than covering it. These preferences are saved only in this browser until you reset them. Your browser’s zoom and text settings also remain available.

Keyboard and screen reader support

Pages include a skip link, main content landmarks, descriptive headings, labeled form controls and visible keyboard focus. Menus and reading controls can be used from a keyboard. Escape closes an open navigation menu or reading-options panel. Image dialogs use the browser’s native keyboard controls.

Questions or barriers

If a page, image or form is difficult to use, email info@gracehomehaven.com. Include the page address and the help you need. Please leave out sensitive medical, financial or identity records. If a form does not work for you, you can email our team directly.

Our ongoing work

Our technical accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We review the site for barriers and make improvements as issues are identified.

These features are practical improvements, not a certification of complete accessibility or a guarantee that every browser and assistive technology will behave identically. Artwork can contain text that is not automatically translated. We provide important program information as readable text and welcome feedback about remaining barriers.
