The Cassell Street concept proposes adapting an existing home into six private bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom, and creating shared living spaces for qualifying residents, including veterans transitioning toward independent living.

Affordability goal
Target rate: $30 per night per private room. The original concept also illustrates $210 weekly and approximately $900 monthly; these are planning figures, not an offer or currently available rate.
Project and ownership disclosure: This is a proposed conversion, not currently advertised as ready for occupancy. The property is currently personally owned; a future transfer or operating arrangement with Grace Home Haven remains to be formalized. Features, pricing, permits, eligibility, and opening date depend on feasibility and approvals. The separate 90-room transitional hotel is another planned project.
